Last updated: 28 June 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or engaging Safe Glass Solutions for glass repair, glass replacement, glazing, or related services.
This website is operated by Safe Glass Solutions. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or accepting our work, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Website Use
The information on this website is provided for general information only. We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or free from errors.
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Any quote provided by Safe Glass Solutions is based on the information available at the time, including measurements, photos, site access, glass type, and the description of the work required.
Final pricing may change if:
the glass size, type, thickness, or safety requirements are different from the original information provided;
additional work is required;
site access is difficult or unsafe;
after-hours, emergency, or temporary securing work is requested;
specialist materials, equipment, or other trades are required.
All prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
3. Bookings and Deposits
A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work is scheduled. Where a deposit is requested, the booking may not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
If a customer cancels after materials have been ordered or prepared, the deposit may be non-refundable, depending on the costs already incurred.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure that:
accurate information is provided when requesting a quote or booking;
the work area is accessible and safe;
pets, children, furniture, and personal items are kept away from the work area;
any necessary permissions from landlords, owners, body corporate, or property managers are obtained before work begins.
Safe Glass Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, lack of access, unsafe site conditions, or failure to obtain required approvals.
5. Glass Type and Safety Requirements
Safe Glass Solutions will use suitable glass products in accordance with relevant Australian standards and safety requirements where applicable.
Where safety glass, toughened glass, laminated glass, or other specific glass types are required, the final glass selection may depend on the location, size, purpose, and legal requirements of the installation.
6. Installation and Completion
We aim to complete all work professionally and within the agreed timeframe. However, completion times may be affected by glass availability, supplier delays, weather, access issues, or unexpected site conditions.
Safe Glass Solutions will not be liable for reasonable delays outside our control.
7. Warranty and Workmanship
Safe Glass Solutions takes care to provide quality workmanship. Warranty coverage may apply to eligible work, subject to inspection and the specific warranty conditions provided at the time of service.
Warranty does not apply where damage is caused by misuse, impact, movement of the building or frame, poor existing frames, vandalism, accidents, extreme weather, third-party work, or circumstances outside our control.
Warranty claims must be supported by the original invoice or receipt issued by Safe Glass Solutions.
8. Breakage Guarantee
Where a specific glass breakage guarantee is offered, it applies only to eligible glass replacement jobs and only according to the conditions stated on the relevant warranty or guarantee page.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any breakage guarantee applies only to the original customer named on the invoice and is not transferable.
9. Exclusions
Unless specifically included in the quote, our pricing does not include:
lifting equipment, scaffolding, cranes, or special access equipment;
work by tradespeople other than glaziers;
emergency call-outs;
temporary securing, boarding-up, or make-safe services;
repairs to damaged frames, doors, windows, locks, rollers, or surrounding structures;
painting, carpentry, plastering, electrical work, or other non-glazing work.
10. Payment
Payment must be made according to the terms stated on the quote, invoice, or booking confirmation.
Safe Glass Solutions may request full payment on completion of the work. Late or unpaid invoices may result in recovery action, and any reasonable costs of collection may be added to the outstanding amount.
