Glass Replacement Breakage Warranty

At Safe Glass Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the glass replacement services we provide.

While all glass can break under certain conditions, we offer a breakage warranty for eligible glass replacement jobs. If the same glass panel we replaced breaks again for any reason, we will replace that panel free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Warranty Conditions

  • This warranty applies to the replaced glass panel only.

  • The warranty claim can be used once only for the original replaced panel.

  • The customer must provide the original invoice or receipt issued by Safe Glass Solutions for the initial glass replacement work.

  • Approved warranty replacement work will be completed during normal business hours within 5 working days, where reasonably possible.

  • This warranty does not include the cost of lifting equipment, access equipment, scaffolding, cranes, or any tradespeople other than glaziers.

  • This warranty does not include emergency call-outs, temporary securing, make-safe services, boarding-up, or after-hours work.

  • This warranty applies only to jobs with a total value of less than $1,000.

  • A $45 administration fee applies to warranty claims.

  • This warranty applies only to the original customer named on the invoice and is not transferable.

  • Any change in customer, payer, property owner, or invoice holder may void the warranty unless approved in writing by Safe Glass Solutions.

Safe Glass Solutions reserves the right to inspect the damaged panel before approving any warranty claim.
